Now, in its final stage of renovation, the news is out. Lori Cassia-Decker, formerly of Pulse Fitness, and George and Amy Corso, formerly of Corso Fitness, joined forces in May of 2015 to renovate a 7,000-square-foot space into a state-of-the-art fitness facility now known as Forza Fitness.
Located in the heart of Millbrook on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Church Street, the new space is home to over 45 group fitness classes with two spacious studios and a separate cycling room. Classes are for all ages and fitness levels and include TRX, i360, boot camp, cycle, Pilates, yoga, kick- boxing, strength, RKC kettlebells, Indo-Row, Zumba and stretching. To be added in August are barre classes combined with Pilates and yoga training. Ballroom dancing, tai chi, qi gong, Arbonne nutrition and meditation are also some of the workshops and specialty classes offered. A full gym area is available with treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, rowers, arch trainers, ellipticals, a Scifit UBE, dumbbells, and Cybex cable and weight machines. Extra services include showers, TVs, massage therapy and active release therapy. There are many types of memberships to choose from, and student memberships are also available. The folks at Forza also understand the importance of giving back to the community and hold events throughout the year.
Personal training is conveniently available seven days per week. Forza’s certified trainers have many years of experience and their knowledge expands into sports conditioning, pre/postnatal kids and overall fitness. They work closely with physical therapists and physicians for those with post orthopedic, cancer, heart and other medical concerns.
