Remember that Sheryl Crow track “A Change Would Do You Good”? Recorded more than twenty years ago, it’s what we now refer to as an “oldie but goodie.” As a culture, we tend to hold a soft spot for old things. We enjoy nostalgia and sometimes cling to it because, well, change can be scary. But as the message of that song tells us, change can be a good thing, which is why it seems so fitting that in Woodstock, a town known for its ability to preserve the past, the renowned River Rock Health Spa is being revitalized by new ownership.
